I founded Triton Transit Inc., built it, and exited. Then I did it again at bigger scale: today I own and operate Mercury in Motion LLC, a 200+ employee Amazon Delivery Service Partner running two delivery stations in the San Antonio area.

On the capital side, I invest in commercial real estate - underwriting deals myself, holding the assets, and managing them with the same rigor I bring to operations.

What I bring to the team: hands-on P&L ownership, logistics operations at scale, payroll and compliance rigor, and capital allocation decided with my own money on the line.
